December 2011

Most recently, I have been shooting quite a bit for Pasadena Magazine. I started by photographing numerous events, and have expanded to editorial stories, and even portrait profiles. Some samples of my work can be seen in the Assignments gallery.

The architecture and design firm, The Portico Group commissioned me to do a full photographic documentation of the new Elephants of Asia exhibit at the L.A. Zoo. I really enjoy these photo shoots, making the exhibits shine and showing these exhibits in their best light.

A Noise Within, a repertory-theater company had their grand opening gala in October and I was lucky enough to be their photographer for this wonderful celebration.

The L.A. Zoo unveiled the Tom Mankiewicz Conservation Carousel this fall and I was commissioned to photograph it for the cover story in Zoo View, and the subsequent usage for various marketing.

I've created a new landscapes calendar for 2012.

My new cover of the Carousel for the Fall Zoo View issue can be seen in my Covers page:

My portrait of Billy, our male Asian Elephant was featured in the AZA Photo Contest, pictured center on the page.

As usual, new photos are added to the

And finally, I completely revamped my published page to make it more organized and consistent with the site's galleries.
